Bright colours and dark skies

Hello all! So this is the start of me getting back into normal blogging again after my holiday posts and press events, (although I do have one other press post to put up soon!)

This outfit is pretty casual, something I'd wear shopping or for some lunch, but I love it! I recently made an order at Choies, a Chinese clothing company which offers similar items to that of Zara and Topshop but at a much cheaper price. I spent £30 on 3 things, so a tenner a piece is not bad at all! However, I was hoping they would come before my holiday but they never did. On the site it says 10-15 working days but it took longer for me, so just bare that in mind when ordering. There is not much communication from the company either, I didn't get a dispatch email or anything so I was left pretty much in the dark. HOWEVER, when I did finally received my parcel I was in shock/awe at the amazing quality. I've bought from other Chinese brands that sell cheap dupes but the quality is just awful. Choies surprised me, I wasn't expecting much, but I fell in love with my items. I bought this gorgeous kimono, a pair of cream crochet shorts and gold sliders. I'm sure the others will feature soon. I bought the kimono in a Medium to make sure it wasn't too tight and it was perfect!

I paired it with one of my trusty Topshop crops, black joni jeans and my new favourite wedged sliders! A company called BPR Social contacted me asking whether I'd like to receive anything from Simmi Shoes' collection, so I took a look and fell in love! I wanted and still want the entire site! They are so stylish and look unreal with any outfit, I can't get enough of them. They offer on-trend styles at affordable prices, you can't really go wrong, so girls check them out!! I'm hoping to keep in close nit with them as their shoe collection is one of my faves.

  1. Your kimono is very pretty! I've heard some great things about Choies, I think it's about time I tried them out :)
